    Great meal if short on time

    This was just delicious!

    I got home from work & only had about 1hr to get dinner ready.

    I normally am a “slow cooker”, but thought I’d give this a go.

    I substituted the capsicum for broccoli, added the whole 200g container of cream cheese & the whole 250ml chicken stock (we like a lot of sauce) & it was so delicious!

    It fed my 3 teenage sons & my dad, I took a container to work & my 19 year old took the rest (2 serves) for his smoko at work.

    A super tasty meal & a cheap one to make at that!

    This is now going on to our meal plan list.

    Great on many things!

    I don't follow the instructions but I read them and the description and ingredients to get a general feel/idea of the flavour and then I add however I want to whatever I want to cook at the time. It is delicious on sauteed diced chicken pieces (added towards the end so the seasoning doesn't burn) and on airfried chicken too. But my favourite way to use this is sprinkled on hot chips (homemade in the air fyer or oven, from fish & chip shop, or just about any kind of hot potato) with some extra garlic salt added since the seasoning powder alone is not that salty (which I love that about Mingle!). It has become my go-to hot potato seasoning. Yummo!

    Amazing! Perfect midweek meal!

    Followed the packet and added cherry tomatoes! It was delicious! I will definitely be making this again!
