GREEN CURRY MINCE
YOU’LL NEED:
- 1 Sachet Mingle Green Curry Recipe Base
- Generous Sprinkle Mingle's Spicy Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 500 gm chicken mince
- 1.5 cups uncooked rice
- 4 garlic cloves diced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 medium red chilli finely chopped
- 4 fried eggs
- Spring onions (to serve) diced
- 2 to 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 200ml Coconut Cream
- 100ml of chicken stock
GREEN CURRY FISH CAKES
YOU’LL NEED:
- 500g White fish
- 1 sachet Mingle’s Green Curry Recipe Base
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Tamari or light soy sauce
- 1-2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 - 2 tbsp fish sauce
- Olive oil (to fry)
