The easiest dip you’ll ever make!! The perfect addition to your Christmas day grazing board.
Ingredients
- Sprinkle Mingle Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- Shake Mingle Green Goddess Seasoning
- 150 g Mini tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- Small Bunch Fresh basil
- Small Loaf Crusty baguette
- 1 Cup Ricotta cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Coat your mini tomatoes in 1 tbsp of EVOO & Mingles Garlic and Herb Seasoning then place in the oven to roast.
- Add ricotta & a generous sprinkle of green goddess seasoning to a small blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add your creamy dip to a bowl, top with roasted tomatoes, green goddess seasoning and fresh basil.
- Serve with toasted baguette and enjoy.
