Ingredients

Sprinkle of Mingle’s Garlic & Herb Seasoning

2 Salmon fillets

1 Bunch Broccolini
-
1 Packet Soba noodles
-
1 Cup Edamame beans (cooked)

1 Tsp Fresh ginger (grated)

2 Tbsp Soy sauce
-
1 Tsp Maple syrup
-
2 Tsp Mingle’s Spicy Everything Bagel Seasoning
-
2 Tsp Dijon mustard
-
2 Tsp Raw honey
-
1/4 Cup Apple cider vinegar
-
1/4 Cup Olive oil
-
1 Tbsp Light soy
-
1 Tbsp Whole egg mayo

Spicy Bagel Dressing
Directions
In a bowl, combine soy, maple syrup, ginger and Mingle’s Garlic and Herb Seasoning & set aside.
- Add olive oil to a pan on medium high heat & prepare salmon fillets by patting the skin dry (for crispy skin) and place on pan, skin side down.
- Pour soy ginger mixture on top of salmon let cook for 5-7 mins (or until salmon is cooked).
- Flip and cook for an additional 90 seconds then take off the heat.
- Add broccolini to pan & cook until al dente.
- Prepare soba noodles as per packet instruction.
Prepare Spicy Bagel dressing by adding all ingredients to a bowl & mix until combined.
Assemble your salmon bowl, drizzle spicy bagel dressing and top with an extra sprinkle of Mingle’s Spicy Bagel Seasoning :)
