Ingredients
- Tassal skin-off salmon, about 500g, diced
- 1 Tbsp Mingle's Chilli and Lime Salt
- Squeeze of fresh lime
- 1 Tbsp of tamari
- 1/2 Tbsp of honey
- Generous sprinkle of Mingle's Chilli and Lime Salt
- 1 cup of cooked brown rice
- 1 cup of cooked edamame beans
- 1 cup of diced pineapple
- 1 cup of cooked broccolini
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 1 spring onion, sliced

- Mayonnaise, for drizzle

Directions
Prepping the Salmon:
Dice the Tassal skin-off salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Coat the salmon pieces in tamari, honey, Mingle's Chilli and Lime Salt, and a squeeze of fresh lime. Let it mingle for about 10 minutes.
Cooking the Bowl Components:
Steam the broccolini and edamame beans until they’re bright green and tender.
Place the marinated salmon in an air fryer set to 190°C. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until the salmon is crispy on the edges.
Meanwhile, slice up the cucumber, pineapple, red chilli, and spring onion.
Assembling the Bowl:
Start with a layer of cooked brown rice in your bowl.
Layer in the cooked edamame beans and broccolini.
Add the crispy salmon on top. Sprinkle with Mingle’s Everything Bagel Seasoning and a drizzle of mayonnaise.
