5 x tbsp of Mingle’s Green Goddess
2 x tbsp of apple cider vinegar
½ x lemon
½ x cup of extra virgin olive oil
½ x cup of whole egg mayonnaise
2 x tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
2 x teaspoons of capers
Salt to taste
1 tbsp of honey or natural sweetener
1 x tbsp of soy sauce
Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth
Serve with salads or on top of meats & veg
