Ingredients
- 500g Chicken
- ¼ of a Pumpkin, in small chunks
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 400ml Tomato Passata
- 300ml Cream (or Coconut Cream)
- 200ml Stock

1 pack of Mingle's Butter Chicken Recipe Base
- 1 cup of Chobani Natural Light Greek Yoghurt
- 1 cup of self-raising flour
For the Butter Chicken:

Directions
For the Butter Chicken, prepare as per instructions on the back of Mingle’s Butter Chicken Recipe Base packet.
Start by combining self-raising flour with some Chobani Natural Light Greek yogurt.
Then, place your dough on a floured surface and knead a few times into a ball. We would recommend about 6.
Roll each portion out on a lightly floured surface into a 5mm-thick oval with your hands or rolling pin.
Heat a greased barbecue grill or pan on high with Olive Oil. Cook, in batches, for 2 mins each side or until lightly charred and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
