Puff pastry bites filled with bacon, chicken, spinach and Mingle Dill and Garlic with a splash of mayo. Drool.
Ingredients

2 Tbsp Mingle Dill and Garlic
- 1 cup Cooked chicken breast diced

3 Strips of crispy cooked bacon diced
- 1 cup Spinach chopped

3 Spring onions chopped
- 1 Tbsp Mayo
- 1 cup Cheese grated

2 Sheets of Puff Pastry
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200'c.
- Combine the Chicken, Bacon, spinach, spring onions, mayo, Mingle Dill and Garlic Seasoning and 1/2 the cheese in a bowl, mix well.
- Grease a 12 hole cupcake tray.
- Cut rounds (using a glass) to fit inside each cupcake hole.
- Top the pastry with the chicken mixture, then top with remaining cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and delicious.
