SUSHI TACOS

Ingredients

300g diced raw salmon (makes sure it’s sushi grade/safe to eat raw)

1 cup sushi rice (cooked)

Nori sheets
-
Mingle’s Chilli Lime seasoning
-
Mingle’s Furikake seasoning
-
Diced cucumber
-
Avocado
-
Pickled ginger
Toppings:
Directions
In a bowl, combine sushi rice & Mingle’s Furikake seasoning
Fold Nori sheets in half & cut out circular shapes then stick sushi rice to each circle
Place in air fryer, in taco shapes & cook for 15 mins (until rice & nori gets slightly crispy)
While tacos are cooking, in a bowl: combine diced salmon, 1-2 tbsp of light mayo & a generous sprinkle of Mingle’s chilli & lime seasoning
Fill sushi tacos with salmon & top with Avocado, cucumber & pickled ginger
