Ingredients

2 x tsp Dijon mustard

2 x tsps raw honey
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil

2 x tsp Mingle’s Spicy Bagel (available at Coles)

1 x tbsp light soy

1 tbsp of whole egg mayo (or vegan if preferred)
Directions
Add all ingredients into a jar and shake until mixed. Use on any salad or rice bowl that you like.
