2 x tbsp Mingle’s Spicy Bagel Seasoning (available at Coles)

3 x tbsp of Mirin

1 x tbsp of rice wine vinegar

1 x tsp of sesame oil

2 x tbsp of coconut sugar or your fave natural sweetener
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Use as a marinade on chicken, tofu or fish.
