3 x tablespoons of Mingle’s Spicy Bagel Seasoning (available at Coles)

1 x cup of panko breadcrumbs
Directions
Add 3 x tablespoons of Mingle’s Spicy Bagel to breadcrumbs to make the best crust for salmon/schnitzel/ lamb cutlet crumb.
If using a moist product like salmon, you won’t need any egg or flour as a binder. If crumbing chicken/lamb or white fish, use egg and flour.
