Ingredients

3 x tbsp olive oil
1 x onion, finely chopped
400g x passata
100ml x double cream
4 x tbsp of Mingles Pizza & Pasta Topper
Optional 5 x italian pork sausage chopped into mini meatballs
80g x grated parmesan

Directions

Heat onion in oil until translucent. Stir through Mingle and cook until fragrant for 1 minute at a low heat.
If making the meat version, add sausages to oil and cook until browned.
Add passata and 100 ml of water. Cook for 15 mins at a medium heat.
Stir cream through sauce & cheese. Cook for another 5 mins.
Serve with your favourite pasta + parmesan to top
