Bring the sizzle of satay to your table with Mingle's easy one-pan wonder!
Ingredients

1 sachet Mingle’s Satay Recipe Base
- 3 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp of tamari
- 1 can of coconut cream
- 200ml of chicken stock
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh rolled noodles (available from an Asian Grocer)
- A handful of spring onion, chopped
- A bunch of Bok Choy, cleaned and chopped
- 500 g of Chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces

Directions
Start by chopping your veggies – spring onions and Bok Choy. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine Mingle’s Satay sachet, peanut butter, tamari, coconut cream, chicken stock, and lime juice. Whisk together until smooth.
In a large pan or wok, cook the chicken pieces until they're golden brown and cooked through.
Add the fresh rolled noodles and chopped veggies into the pan. Stir and mix well.
Drizzle in the prepared satay sauce and mix thoroughly, ensuring the noodles and chicken are well coated.
Continue cooking for 5-10 minutes until the noodles are soft and have absorbed the rich flavours of the sauce.
Plate up your satay noodle masterpiece, garnish with chopped spring onions, a sprinkle of Mingle’s Spicy Bagel Seasoning, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
