Ingredients

Protein of your choice (we used beef mince)

2 tsp Mingle’s Garlic and Herb Seasoning per wrap

Tortilla wraps
-
1 medium cucumber, sliced

2 medium tomatoes, sliced

Potatoes (turned into chips in the air fryer!)

Chobani Greek yoghurt
-
Cheese, shredded
-
Lettuce, shredded
Fresh Toppings
Directions
Spread a thin layer of raw mince on one side of the tortilla wrap, seasoned with Mingle’s Garlic and Herb Seasoning.
Cook the wrap in a hot fry pan meat side down for about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from the pan and start adding your toppings: cucumber, tomatoes, chips, Greek yoghurt, shredded cheese, and lettuce.
Roll up your Greek wrap and savour the taste and convenience, Mingle style!
