What does cheese say when looking at itself in the mirror..... Halloumi. Ok that was a bit of a dad joke. These halloumi stuffed burgers will be a crowd pleaser and add a little somethin somethin to burger night.
Ingredients

500 g beef mince

1 egg
-
1/2 a block of cubed halloumi

1 sliced tomato
-
1 bunch of lettuce leaves

sliced dill pickles
-
4 hamburger buns
-
2 tbsp of yoghurt
-
2 sweet potatoes cut into chip shapes

2 tbsp of mayonaise
-
1 lemon
-
1 red onion diced
-
1 bunch of chives chopped finely

2 tbsp Mingle Garlic & Herb
-
2 tbsp Mingle Garlic & Dill Ranch
Directions
METHOD
MIX beef mince, egg, cubed halloumi and 3 tablespoons of 3 tbsp of Mingle Garlic and Herb Seasoning in a bowl. Form into a tight burger patty and leave uncovered in the fridge on a plate for 10 minutes.
PREPARE your toppings (tomato, onion, lettuce and pickles).
SAUCE time. To make sauce, mix 1 tbsp of Mingle Garlic and Dill Seasoning, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives and yoghurt in a bowl and then stir.
CUT sweet potatoes into chip shapes. Toss and cover with Mingle Garlic and Herb Seasoning and olive oil. Bake in oven at 180 C until golden.
HEAT oil in a pan. Place patties on pan and leave until golden. Flip and do the same on the other side.
BUILD your burger with all ingredients and your ranch sauce.
SERVE with some of your ranch dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries.
