Ingredients

Generous Sprinkle Mingle Greek Garlic Lovers Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Mingles Dill and Garlic Seasoning

3 Large chicken breasts
- 400 gm Baby potatoes

3 Lebanese cucumbers finely chopped

1 large Tomatoes finely chopped

1 large Red onion finely chopped
- 2/3 Cup Feta

Extra virgin olive oil

Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180C & line a baking sheet.
- Place baby potatoes in a large pot of boiling water & boil until fork tender.
- Place potatoes on lined baking sheet and with the bottom of a glass, smash them down. Coat with olive oil and Mingle's Greek Garlic Seasoning and place into the oven until golden brown and crispy.
- Coat chicken breasts in olive oil & greek garlic seasoning then place into the oven for about 30 mins or until fully cooked.
- Prepare your salad by combining diced cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, olive oil & lemon juice.
- Assemble your bowls and top with a dollop of creamy ranch seasoning (Greek yogurt + Mingle's Dill and Garlic Seasoning).
