Ingredients
- Leftover Satay Chicken, shredded or diced
- Ramen noodles, cooked
- Rice paper sheets
- Spring onion, sliced finely
- Mingle's Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Peanut butter
- Tamari or soy sauce
- Leftover noodle water

Directions
Cook your ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside, keeping some of the noodle water for later.
Soften rice paper sheets by placing them one by one into lukewarm water.
On each rice paper sheet, place a serving of noodles, satay chicken, and spring onions.
Generously sprinkle Mingle's Everything Bagel Seasoning. Roll up tightly, ensuring no fillings escape!
Heat a good glug of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add your rice paper rolls and fry until they turn a delicious golden brown.
For the peanut sauce, mix peanut butter, tamari, and a splash of the saved noodle water. Adjust to your preferred consistency.
