1 cup x extra virgin olive oil
3 x tbsp of light soy sauce
1 x whole 50g jar of spicy everything bagel seasoning (available at Coles and Woolworths)
3 x spring onions finely diced
1 x tbsp of rice wine vinegar
3 x tbsp of mirin
1 x tbsp of peanut butter
1 x finely diced onion
8 x finely chopped dried chillis if you want it to be extra spicy
Put all ingredients into a pot and bring to the boil. Turn off and leave to cool. Transfer into a jar and enjoy on anything
