5 x tbsp of Mingle’s Citrus pepper (Available at coles)

1 x bunch of parsley

2 x tbsp of olive oil

2 x tbsp of water
Directions
Blend all ingredients and use as a finishing sauce on hot food.
A spoonful of this butter goes great on top of potatoes, fish, pork or chicken. It can also be added into a pan whilst cooking.
