Ingredients
- 800g rump steak, thinly sliced

1 Packet of Mingle's Chipotle Taco Recipe Base
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- Jasmine rice (with a pinch of turmeric and a sprinkle of parsley)
- Cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and parsley
- Corn kernels
- Greek yoghurt mixed with lemon and mint
- Smashed avocado
- Lime wedges

Chipotle Beef Bonanza:
Heat up a pan until it's super-hot and add olive oil.
Toss in the thinly sliced rump steak seasoned with Mingle's Chipotle Taco Seasoning. Cook in batches.
Add sliced red capsicum and red onion into the pan.
Build-Your-Own-Bowl:
Cook jasmine rice with a pinch of turmeric and a sprinkle of parsley.
Mix cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and parsley.
Prepare corn kernels.
Combine Greek yoghurt with lemon and mint.
Smash an avocado for your bowl.
Slice a lime into wedges.
Pick and choose your favourite accompaniments for your perfect bowl.
